- • As a Senior AI Engineer at Sierra Studio, you will develop AI pipelines and lead feature development to help bring the client's product to market, playing a key role in shaping the engineering culture of a new product offering within an existing organization.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include engineering solutions for real problems using AI/ML models, owning platform stability and maintenance, crafting high-quality code, writing technical specifications, engaging with cross-functional partners, documenting thoroughly, refining best practices, driving engineering planning and processes, and architecting and evolving the overall technology stack.

- • In this role, you will achieve technical leadership by deploying end-to-end AI solutions, improving infrastructure, writing documentation and tests, managing infrastructure, and collaborating with peers to deliver the best product to market while advancing your expertise in AI systems and engineering best practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience as an AI engineer, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- • Experience working with LangGraph
- • Experience deploying end-to-end AI solutions to real customers
- • Experience creating and maintaining eval pipelines
- • Familiarity with document processing and OCR tools
- • Experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc)
- • Experience with Google Cloud Platform products
- • Growth mindset: able to quickly learn new languages, frameworks, and more
- • Strong written and verbal communicator in English
