- • The Senior AI Engineer builds and deploys production-grade AI agents that power ACQ Vantage, turning AI capability into real, usable systems that drive business outcomes rather than remaining as experiments or prototypes.
- • Day to day, the person will design and deploy production-ready AI agents, build end-to-end agentic workflows including tool use, memory, and orchestration, write and maintain high-quality code in Python and TypeScript, integrate LLMs into internal systems and APIs, evaluate and improve agent behavior through prompt iteration and testing, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship AI features quickly.
- • The role sits within a lean Technology team at Acquisition Holdings LLC, where the focus is on practical AI delivery, reliability, speed, and measurable business impact through hands-on engineering with modern AI tooling.
- • In this role, the person can learn to productionize AI systems at scale, deepen expertise in agentic workflows and LLM integration, gain end-to-end ownership from concept to deployment, and directly influence business outcomes through reliable, high-performing AI solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience building and deploying AI agents or LLM-powered systems in production environments
- • Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript for building scalable applications and integrations
- • Hands-on experience with modern AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
- • Strong understanding of how to design agent workflows, including tool use, memory, and orchestration patterns
- • Ability to move quickly from idea to working system with minimal oversight
- • Clear communication and judgment when working across engineering and business teams
