• • Your Role and Responsibilities: As a Senior AI Engineer, you will thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment where rapid progress and tangible outcomes are achieved through continuous experimentation and iterative development. You will be instrumental in designing and deploying backend-first agentic services that expertly integrate Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities. This includes taking full ownership of system design, defining robust APIs, and ensuring the utmost data integrity. A key aspect of your role will involve constructing sophisticated retrieval and knowledge layers, encompassing embeddings, vector stores, metadata schemas, glossaries, and memory systems. These components are vital for ensuring the accuracy and relevance of AI-driven suggestions across a diverse range of input scenarios. You will also be responsible for maintaining production-level quality, implementing comprehensive tracing, retry mechanisms, fallback strategies, prompt and version control, A/B testing frameworks, feature flags, and seamless rollback procedures. Furthermore, you will actively participate in user interviews, contribute significantly to product planning discussions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the successful execution of impactful projects.
