📋 Description

• Senior AI Engineer - AI Platform role focused on building ClickUp's core AI infrastructure and applying large language models to deliver intelligent features across the unified workspace platform.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable AI platform services for LLM deployment, orchestration, and lifecycle management while building backend systems that enable seamless AI integration into ClickUp's core product.
• Join ClickUp's Engineering team at an AI-native company where every team member leverages AI daily and AI fluency is evaluated in hiring, working to redefine the future of work through converged AI workspace technology.
• Develop expertise in MLOps, multi-LLM integration, AI privacy/security compliance, and cloud-native distributed systems while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver user-centric AI experiences that drive product innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience designing and building scalable AI/ML platforms or infrastructure in a production environment
• Proven track record of applying LLMs and AI models to real-world product features and user-facing solutions
• Deep expertise in backend engineering, distributed systems, and cloud-native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Proficiency in orchestration frameworks and workflow engines (e.g., LangGraph, Airflow, Kubeflow, Ray, or similar)
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, TypeScript or similar languages used for backend and AI platform development
• Experience with MLOps best practices, including model deployment, monitoring, logging, and automated evaluation
