• • As a Senior AI Engineer specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agents at Cosuno GmbH, you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions that are revolutionizing the construction industry. Your primary mission will be to architect and lead the technical development of our core AI assistant, a sophisticated agent designed to empower construction professionals. This agent will be instrumental in processing, refining, and validating complex construction documents, streamlining critical workflows and enhancing decision-making.
• • You will be responsible for engineering robust and intelligent agentic workflows. This involves deep expertise in managing tool use, implementing advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, establishing effective guardrails to ensure responsible AI behavior, and orchestrating sub-agent interactions for complex problem-solving. Your work will directly contribute to the intelligence and efficacy of our platform, making it an indispensable tool for our users.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve mastering context and memory management within conversational AI. You will tackle the intricate challenges of state management to ensure that our AI assistant can maintain coherent, long, and multi-turn interactions with users. • • You will own the critical feedback loop for our AI systems. This includes designing and implementing both online and offline evaluation frameworks.
