• • Senior AI Engineer role focused on reimagining software development through AI-native practices within the AI Strike Team at hyperexponential, driving faster, safer, and more innovative engineering outcomes.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and delivering complex product epics at 3–5x velocity, architecting AI-assisted guardrails across the SDLC, using AI tools to navigate unfamiliar codebases, building AI-native development workflows, translating practices into scalable patterns, and mentoring teams to accelerate adoption of AI-native engineering.
