• • As a Staff Software Engineer in the Core Services Data Sources squad at Grafana Labs, you will play a leading role in designing and developing internal cloud services and user-facing features that power the querying experience for millions of users worldwide. Your work will directly impact how data is connected, queried, and delivered across Grafana’s observability stack, supporting critical operations for companies like Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay.
• • Day to day, you will enhance query transformation, routing, and delivery at scale; influence microservice architecture design; support the reliability and scalability of data sources in Grafana Cloud; engineer new connections to remote data sources; collaborate across engineering teams; and actively shape the product roadmap and your career growth. You’ll work in a remote-first environment, leveraging AI coding assistants and frontier models to boost productivity while maintaining strong code quality and review standards.
