• • Senior AI Engineer role focused on reimagining software development through AI-native practices within the AI Strike Team at hyperexponential Ltd, driving 3–5x velocity improvements in product delivery while ensuring system integrity and scalability.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and delivering complex product epics using AI tools, architecting AI-assisted guardrails across the SDLC (such as autonomous testing and security reviews), mapping dependencies in unfamiliar codebases, building AI-native development workflows, and mentoring teams to scale AI-native practices organisation-wide.
