- • Design and deploy AI platforms that integrate with infrastructure tools, monitoring systems, CMDBs, ITSM platforms, cloud environments, and operational data sources to enable intelligent automation.
- • Develop AI-powered workflows that automate routine operational tasks and decision-making processes across enterprise infrastructure.
- • Integrate large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and machine learning services into existing infrastructure operations to enhance responsiveness and autonomy.
- • Build AI-driven automation for incident response, remediation, patching, provisioning, and other operational workflows to reduce manual intervention.
- • Create self-service capabilities using intelligent assistants and virtual agents to decrease reliance on manual support teams.
- • Automate repetitive engineering and operational tasks using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) combined with AI-assisted orchestration tools.
- • Implement AI-powered monitoring, anomaly detection, predictive alerting, and root-cause analysis to improve operational observability.
- • Design intelligent operational dashboards that deliver actionable insights and automated recommendations for infrastructure management.
- • Optimize Mean Time to Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR) through AI-driven event correlation and automated response systems.
- • Develop AI solutions that continuously analyze infrastructure consumption patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities across cloud and on-premises environments.
- • Implement predictive capacity planning and resource optimization strategies to align infrastructure usage with business demand.
- • Generate automated recommendations for rightsizing, reservation management, workload placement, and infrastructure utilization to reduce unnecessary spending.
- • Ensure AI platforms and automation solutions operate reliably in production, with high availability and scalability for enterprise-wide deployment.
- • Design resilient architectures capable of supporting large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure environments.
- • Implement comprehensive observability, logging, monitoring, and governance controls specifically for AI-enabled infrastructure services.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI infrastructure initiatives with the strategic goals of a large financial services client.
- • Maintain compliance and security standards while deploying AI-driven automation in regulated enterprise environments.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience designing and deploying AI platforms integrated with enterprise infrastructure systems
- • Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar
- • Hands-on experience integrating large language models (LLMs) and AI agents into operational workflows
- • Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and FinOps principles
- • Demonstrated success in implementing AI-powered monitoring, anomaly detection, and predictive alerting systems
- • Experience building scalable, resilient architectures for enterprise-grade AI applications
