- • As Senior AI Marketing Manager at Sevaro, you will architect and lead an AI-powered marketing function that drives scalable growth for a mission-driven neurology care innovator, directly impacting how hospitals nationwide access expert stroke and neurological care through technology and data intelligence.
- • You will serve as both strategic leader and hands-on builder, owning the full marketing stack—from brand positioning and AI-enabled experimentation to performance marketing, lifecycle automation, and revenue-generating campaigns—ensuring Sevaro stands out in the competitive telehealth and health tech landscape.
- • You will partner closely with Business Development, Leadership, and external vendors to design and execute data-driven, AI-first strategies that accelerate pipeline, optimize conversion, and maximize revenue impact through predictive analytics, lead scoring, and funnel optimization.
- • You will build and scale a modern marketing infrastructure leveraging generative and predictive AI tools (including LLMs, HubSpot AI, ChatGPT) for content creation, segmentation, personalization, campaign automation, and real-time performance tracking via custom dashboards and reporting systems.
- • You will refine Sevaro’s brand narrative in a tech-enabled healthcare landscape, manage social media presence with AI-enhanced creativity, and use market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities while ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
- • You will lead the adoption and integration of AI tools across marketing operations, establishing scalable workflows, playbooks, and best practices that improve speed, efficiency, and ROI, while mentoring teams and distilling complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, enterprise, or service-related platform businesses, with at least 1-2 years focused specifically on AI/ML projects.
- • Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue in high-growth environments, preferably within healthcare or telehealth sectors.
- • Strong hands-on experience with advanced AI tools (LLMs, prompt engineering, generative AI, HubSpot AI, ChatGPT) and marketing automation platforms to design, implement, and optimize modern marketing strategies.
- • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, SEO/SEM, paid media, lifecycle automation, and analytics-driven decision-making using CAC, LTV, and funnel metrics.
- • Ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on executor, with strong systems thinking to build scalable processes, workflows, and reporting systems.
