  • • As a Senior AI Operations Analyst, you will be a pivotal member of our dynamic Employee Experience & Productivity team. This team is at the forefront of leveraging Artificial Intelligence to enhance employee productivity, focusing on an AI-first approach across core tools like Glean and Gemini, internal agents, workflows, and analytics. You will play a crucial role in developing, deploying, and maintaining AI solutions that empower our workforce while rigorously upholding security, governance, and data quality standards.
  • • We are seeking an AI-obsessed operator with a strong aptitude for problem-solving in fast-paced environments, a passion for enablement, and a commitment to data-driven decision-making. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a foundational member of a team shaping the future of internal AI at Motive.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to drive the success of our internal Generative AI initiatives throughout the entire AI development lifecycle. This encompasses a broad range of activities, from evaluating emerging platforms and capabilities to managing the intake of new AI tool and agent requests from business stakeholders.
  • • You will be instrumental in developing, testing, and maintaining AI tools and agent workflows, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. A significant part of your role will involve enabling and training end-users, including cross-functional partners, to maximize their adoption and utilization of these AI solutions.
  • • Furthermore, you will analyze usage and feedback data to provide critical insights that inform product and roadmap decisions, ensuring our AI offerings continuously evolve to meet user needs and business demands.
  • • You will act as a key liaison between our BizTech technical teams (engineering, data, product) and business stakeholders, ensuring that our AI tools and agents are effectively implemented, governed, and adopted across the organization. This requires a unique blend of analytical rigor, project and change management expertise, and a genuine passion for applying AI to solve real-world business challenges.
  • • Given the novel nature of the challenges we are tackling with cutting-edge tools, a comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential for success in this role.
  • • Key responsibilities include:
  • • Developing and iterating on AI tools and agents: This involves rapidly prototyping, developing, testing (including prompt engineering and training), launching, and maintaining new agents and agentic workflows across our sanctioned platforms such as Glean, Gemini, and AWS Bedrock. You will be responsible for bug fixes and implementing enhancements to ensure optimal performance.
  • • Driving enablement programs: You will design and deliver comprehensive training sessions, user guides, playbooks, and conduct office hours to facilitate effective adoption of AI tools and agents by employees across both BizTech and broader business teams.
  • • Leading communications: Partnering with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, you will communicate new features, updates, and success stories through various channels, including enablement sessions, internal company posts, and dedicated AI Labs initiatives.
  • • Designing and operationalizing supporting processes: As new AI tools and agents are launched, you will define and document essential supporting processes, including intake, support, change management, and incident handling, to ensure scalability and repeatability.
  • • Championing continuous improvement: You will proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing AI tools, agents, and processes by analyzing performance metrics, gathering user feedback, and aligning with evolving business needs.
  • • Instrumenting and monitoring usage: Collaborating with data and analytics teams, you will instrument AI tools and agents to track key metrics such as daily active users (DAU), feature usage, and achieved outcomes. You will also maintain dashboards and reports to visualize this data.
  • • Informing product decisions: You will translate data-driven insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product roadmaps, prioritization, and improvements to user experience and agent functionality, working closely with BizTech product managers and engineering teams.
  • • Serving as an AI subject matter expert: You will act as the initial point of contact for internal business users seeking information on available AI tools, platforms, processes, and policies, providing guidance and support.
  • • Bridging BizTech and business teams: You will collaborate closely with teams such as Support, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deeply understand their workflows and design AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
  • • Additionally, you will contribute to the development and refinement of BizTech’s internal AI strategy, architecture, and operating model, helping to shape the future of AI at Motive.
  • • This role requires a proactive, "own it" mentality, with a proven ability to build products from concept to launch (0 to 1) and an entrepreneurial mindset. You must possess a deep passion and acumen for AI, staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies, with a demonstrated understanding of Generative AI concepts and familiarity with platforms like Gemini, Notebook LM, Glean, ChatGPT, N8N, AWS Bedrock, AgentForce, Google AgentSpace, AISera, or similar. Hands-on experience developing and maintaining AI tools is a mandatory requirement.
  • • Strong project management skills are essential, including experience managing projects from inception to completion, encompassing requirements gathering, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and iteration. Familiarity with agile methodologies and the agentic AI development lifecycle is a significant advantage.
  • • You will need to demonstrate strong analytical prowess and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions. Devising evaluation approaches to ensure top-quality, repeatable outcomes and making data-driven decisions are critical aspects of this role.
  • • A solid technical aptitude is required, including the ability to quickly learn new tools. Familiarity with APIs, scripting, and systems integrations is necessary.
  • • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are paramount for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
  • • A natural inclination towards process improvement, meticulous documentation, and creating structure is highly valued. Experience in developing and implementing new processes will be a strong asset.
  • • The role requires 7+ years of product or program management experience and a willingness to work within the PST time zone.
