- • Your responsibilities will span the entire pre-sales lifecycle, from initiating technical discovery sessions to meticulously designing high-level solution architectures. You will be instrumental in delivering compelling product demonstrations that resonate with client needs, and guiding customers through critical stages such as evaluations, pilot programs, and thorough technical validation processes.
- • You will forge a strong partnership with our Account Executives, acting as the technical backbone of the sales cycle for both mid-market and enterprise-level opportunities. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning our AI solutions precisely with customer requirements, proactively identifying and mitigating technical obstacles that could impede the buying process, and ultimately contributing to the successful closure of complex, high-value deals.

- • **Key Responsibilities:**
- • **Sales Cycle Partnership:** Collaborate closely with Account Executives, functioning as the dedicated technical expert throughout the entire sales engagement for mid-market and enterprise prospects.
- • **Technical Discovery Leadership:** Lead comprehensive technical discovery sessions to deeply understand customer requirements, existing workflows, data environments, and their specific criteria for success.
- • **Value Proposition Delivery:** Execute tailored and persuasive product demonstrations that vividly illustrate Hatch’s unique value proposition and effectively differentiate our offerings from competitors.
- • **Solution Architecture Design:** Develop and present sophisticated, high-level solution architectures, meticulously considering integration strategies and deployment best practices.
- • **Evaluation & Validation Support:** Provide robust support for technical evaluations, proofs of concept (POCs), and customer trials, ensuring all defined customer requirements are thoroughly met and validated.
- • **Technical Query Resolution:** Expertly address a wide range of technical questions pertaining to APIs, data flows, platform security protocols, and the full spectrum of platform capabilities.
- • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Actively engage with Product and Engineering teams, channeling valuable field feedback to inform product development and staying abreast of the latest product enhancements and capabilities.
- • **Documentation Assistance:** Contribute to the preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), security questionnaires, and other essential technical documentation as required.
- • **Trusted Advisor Role:** Serve as a reliable and knowledgeable technical advisor to both technical and business stakeholders throughout the client's decision-making journey.
