- • Day to day: design self-running agent loops with triggers, budgets, stop conditions, and verifiers; build multi-agent swarms with orchestration, shared state, and quality gates; implement verification systems that catch errors before merge; manage agent state and memory for long-running tasks; develop platform infrastructure in TypeScript/Node on AWS with observability and CI/CD; ensure human oversight at key gates like PR reviews and plan approvals.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years writing production software that other engineers depend on
- • Experience designing agent loops with explicit stop conditions, budgets, retries, and self-verification
- • Experience building or operating multi-agent systems with orchestration, handoffs, shared state, and quality gates
- • Fluency with modern agent tooling (Claude Code, Codex, MCP, reason-act-observe patterns)
- • Solid TypeScript and Node.js skills, including service frameworks (NestJS) and typed data layers (Prisma)
- • Experience with AWS (ECS/Fargate), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
