- • As a Senior Alliance Manager for AWS at AgileBits Inc. (1Password), you will be at the forefront of driving strategic growth and expanding our market presence within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) ecosystem. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned professional who excels at building and nurturing high-impact partnerships, with a specific focus on leveraging the AWS channel to accelerate 1Password's adoption and revenue.
- • You will be instrumental in forging and strengthening relationships with key AWS stakeholders, including sales leaders, business development managers, solution architects, and partner teams. Your primary objective will be to cultivate a collaborative environment that translates into tangible sales opportunities and revenue growth for 1Password.
- • A core responsibility will be to develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive co-sell strategy that is meticulously aligned with both AWS's and 1Password's overarching business objectives. This involves understanding the intricacies of AWS's partner programs, incentive structures, and go-to-market motions to identify and capitalize on mutual opportunities.
- • You will proactively identify and pursue joint sales initiatives, working hand-in-hand with AWS field teams to co-sell 1Password solutions. This includes orchestrating joint marketing campaigns, developing compelling value propositions, and ensuring seamless integration of 1Password into AWS customer engagements.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves driving revenue growth by identifying and nurturing sales opportunities that arise through the AWS partnership. You will be responsible for pipeline generation, tracking, and forecasting, ensuring that AWS-related opportunities are managed effectively through to closure.
- • To empower the 1Password sales force, you will lead enablement initiatives. This includes providing training, developing sales collateral, and equipping our teams with the knowledge and resources necessary to effectively position and sell 1Password within the context of AWS opportunities.
- • You will be the primary liaison between 1Password and your designated AWS segment, ensuring consistent communication, alignment, and mutual success. This requires building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with AWS sales leaders and their teams.
- • A key function is to deeply understand and effectively leverage AWS partner and field incentive programs. You will identify the most advantageous programs for 1Password's growth, ensuring compliance and maximizing the benefits derived from these initiatives.
- • You will be responsible for tracking and measuring the success of the AWS partnership, analyzing key performance metrics, and providing regular, actionable insights to the leadership team. This data-driven approach will inform strategic adjustments and ensure continuous optimization of the partnership.
- • Proactive conflict resolution and issue management will be critical. You will act as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving any obstacles or challenges that may arise between 1Password and AWS, ensuring a smooth, productive, and mutually beneficial relationship.
- • Staying abreast of industry trends, AWS innovations, and evolving marketplace dynamics is essential. You will provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders, positioning 1Password to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
