📋 Description

• • The Senior Analyst develops and implements advanced reporting, analytics, and AI‑enhanced solutions to guide The Nature Conservancy’s fundraising strategies, directly supporting mission-driven conservation impact through data-informed decision-making.
• • Day to day, the role involves building predictive models, designing ask-string optimization algorithms, conducting donor profiling and segmentation analysis, performing multi-year revenue forecasting, and using AI tools for anomaly detection and workflow automation, while coordinating complex analytical projects and reporting insights to leadership.
• • The Nature Conservancy is a science-based global environmental organization with over 1 million members and 400 scientists, dedicated to protecting lands and waters through innovative, on-the-ground solutions, guided by values of respect, inclusivity, and mission-driven impact.
• • In this role, the analyst will deepen expertise in predictive modeling, AI integration, and fundraising analytics, gain influence as a trusted advisor to Membership Acquisition and Strategy teams, and contribute directly to accelerating conservation outcomes through data-driven strategy and process innovation.
