- • Own end-to-end client operations for a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients, proactively monitoring data to identify and resolve issues such as file delivery failures, ineligibility spikes, payment anomalies, and data quality gaps before they escalate into client complaints.
- • Serve as the primary operational and technical point of contact for clients post-implementation, collaborating with implementations teams to understand each client’s unique setup and ensure sustained implementation quality.
- • Use Metabase, BigQuery, and internal reporting tools to analyze operational signals—including AR aging trends, ineligibility patterns, and payment discrepancies—and translate findings into actionable, client-facing strategic recommendations.
- • Build and maintain dashboards that surface critical operational metrics in a timely manner, enabling rapid response and continuous improvement in client service delivery.
- • Act as a trusted strategic partner to the Client Success team and clients, consistently bringing forward data-driven recommendations rather than just reporting problems, and influencing client outcomes through proactive insight.
- • Lead cross-functional special projects related to IDR (Independent Dispute Resolution) strategy and payer compliance, contributing to the evolution of Pivotal Health’s core reimbursement model.
- • Help scale operational systems and team processes by contributing to internal playbooks, onboarding documentation, and process improvements, with a focus on automating manual tasks using AI and other tools to support company growth.
- • Drive operational excellence by managing multiple client priorities simultaneously, maintaining high standards of project management, and ensuring consistent delivery across a growing client base.
- • Turn complex data analyses into concise, executive-level insights that inform client conversations and internal decision-making, with strong emphasis on clarity, precision, and impact.
- • Collaborate across teams to identify systemic operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions that reduce administrative burden for both clients and internal teams.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with healthcare reimbursement workflows, including the IDR process, to provide accurate, context-rich support to clients and internal stakeholders.
- • Continuously seek opportunities to improve internal tools, workflows, and documentation to enhance team productivity and client satisfaction as the company scales.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years in a client-facing role in data science, operations, strategy, or account management
- • SQL fluency with comfort in BigQuery (or equivalent) and dashboarding tools like Metabase, Looker, or Tableau
- • Experience in healthtech, RCM, IDR, payer/provider, or healthcare-adjacent enterprise SaaS
- • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights
- • Strategic and proactive mindset with proven ability to manage high-value accounts and mitigate risks before escalation
- • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple client priorities simultaneously
