- • The Senior Analyst, Corporate FP&A role at Kaseya Holdings Inc. is critical to strengthening the company’s financial planning and analysis capabilities, focusing on cash flow, integrated 3-statement modeling, and revenue-to-cash visibility to support strategic financial decision-making.
- • Day to day, the role involves building and maintaining cash flow forecasting models, analyzing working capital drivers (AR, AP, deferred revenue, accruals, CapEx), enhancing the 3-statement financial model, translating operating assumptions into financial statement impacts, strengthening ARR and revenue linkage with GTM Finance, developing variance analysis and management reporting, supporting planning cycles, partnering with Accounting to resolve forecast-actual discrepancies, assisting in board/investor/lender materials, and driving improvements in modeling standards and analytical rigor.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, valuation, or highly analytical FP&A / corporate finance roles
- • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, including solid understanding of 3-statement financial integration
- • Strong understanding of cash flow mechanics, working capital, and free cash flow drivers
- • Ability to analyze how revenue, billings, deferred revenue, and balance sheet movements impact cash and financial performance
- • High analytical rigor with comfort working through incomplete or evolving data sets
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts
- • High attention to detail and ability to independently build and troubleshoot complex financial models

- • Base Salary: $115,000 annually
- • Variable Compensation: $11,500 annually (target)
- • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $126,500 annually
