- • Senior Analyst, Customer Success Content Configuration Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and validating content solutions for Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance core systems, translating industry rules and standards into configuration specifications to ensure system functionality aligns with customer and business requirements.
- • Day-to-day tasks include configuring content solutions for user stories of low to medium complexity within Agile teams, interpreting rules from standards organizations (ISO, NCCI, AAIS), debugging configuration issues, developing automated unit and integration tests, participating in peer code reviews, performing source code management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, applying root cause analysis, supporting estimation activities, documenting requirements and outcomes, adhering to content development standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
