• • As a Senior Analyst, you will be instrumental in our mission to leverage data and Artificial Intelligence to enhance our operational efficiency, streamline processes, and empower our commercial and operational teams. You will be the go-to person for transforming raw data into actionable intelligence, identifying key trends, and architecting solutions that drive significant business growth and customer satisfaction.
• • Your role will involve deep dives into our data infrastructure, primarily using Snowflake and Tableau, to identify performance bottlenecks, uncover hidden opportunities, and pinpoint areas for improvement. You will go beyond simple reporting to actively design and implement new workflows and processes, particularly for our Sales and Customer Service departments, ensuring they can scale effectively without compromising quality or speed.
• • A key aspect of this position is optimizing our technology stack. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing the tools our teams rely on daily, ensuring they are efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with our strategic objectives. If a tool is underperforming or causing friction, you will be empowered to find and implement a better solution.
• • You will also play a crucial role in shaping our commercial strategies by applying advanced analytics to understand customer behavior and engagement. This will involve developing insights that enable our front-line teams to better serve customers and close deals more effectively, directly contributing to revenue growth.
