• Supports ERP or Corporate Applications through system configuration, testing, and reporting.
• Works closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Participates in the full development lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in system operations.
• This role will function as a core Workday Supply Chain analyst, supporting day-to-day production needs, configuration updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Responsibilities include supporting procurement, inventory, and supplier-related processes, assisting with issue resolution and root-cause analysis, testing system changes, and partnering with clinical, supply chain, and finance stakeholders.
• The analyst will help ensure smooth system operations, support reporting and data needs, and contribute to incremental enhancements in a complex, healthcare-focused environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience configuring, maintaining, and supporting Workday Supply Chain functions including: Procurement, Inventory Management, Suppliers and Supplier Accounts, Requisitions and Purchase Orders, Receipts and Returns, Catalog Management, Sourcing, Custom Validations.
• Experience managing Workday production support activities, incident resolution, defect analysis, and root cause investigations.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security framework, domains, and roles.
• Experience supporting Workday releases, feature adoption, testing, and deployment activities.
