• • Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics role at Remote Technologies Inc., a global HR platform enabling compliant international hiring, payroll, and team management. As a strategic partner to the Senior Manager of Planning and Analytics and the broader Marketing organization, you will drive data-informed growth strategies by moving beyond reporting to shape global marketing investments.
• • Day to day, you will lead advanced attribution modeling, build non-paid and brand analytics frameworks, drive strategic planning and forecasting, develop LTV and predictive models, conduct full-funnel optimization, ensure marketing data governance and integrity, and act as a technical lead mentoring senior analysts while setting standards for analytical excellence.
• • You will join the Revenue Operations team within Revenue Planning and Analytics, a globally distributed, async-first organization with team members across six continents, committed to innovation, automation, and AI integration as core values in building a best-in-class HR platform.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in B2B SaaS marketing analytics, master multi-touch attribution and Share of Voice measurement, strengthen technical fluency in Snowflake, dbt, Sigma/Looker/Tableau, Salesforce/HubSpot, and grow your strategic influence by translating complex data into executive-level narratives that directly impact budget allocation and growth initiatives.
