This remote role is designed for a data-driven individual passionate about uncovering insights that shape business strategy and enhance our understanding of our workforce.
- • You will play a pivotal role in integrating advanced analytics into our daily operations, moving beyond routine reporting to deliver strategic insights through ad hoc analysis, dynamic dashboards, and trend identification.
- • A key aspect of this position involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including People, M+A, enablement, and readiness teams, ensuring that our people analytics are aligned, accessible, and actionable for leadership.

- • A core function will be to create and maintain interactive people dashboards and reports that focus on key people and operations metrics, integrating data from within the company and external sources to provide a comprehensive, outside-in perspective on our delivery capabilities.
- • You will partner closely with Business Technology teams to contribute to the development of a strategic roadmap for enhancing our data capabilities within platforms like Snowflake, Thoughtspot, and Workday dashboards, with a specific focus on leveraging AI-driven opportunities.
- • Collaboration with People Team Leadership and Finance will be essential for preparing critical materials for Board meetings and company-wide strategic projects.
- • You will be responsible for delivering quarterly and annual Organizational Health insights, providing leaders and employees with a clear picture of our global talent landscape.
- • Partnering with HR and business leaders to deeply understand their data needs and translate those into impactful analytical solutions will be a key part of your role.
- • You will translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations suitable for a diverse range of audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.

- • You will provide support for ad hoc analysis and reporting requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information.
- • Staying current with the latest best practices in people analytics, data visualization, and AI applications in HR will be crucial for continuous improvement.
- • You will contribute to a culture of curiosity, innovation, and responsible AI use, empowering teams to leverage emerging technologies and data-driven insights to enhance productivity and outcomes.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a strong curiosity and openness towards emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, and proactively seek opportunities to evolve work through AI tools and data-driven insights.
