- • The Senior Analyst, Recruiting Operations role at Harvey AI Inc. is critical to building the data and systems infrastructure that powers the company’s high-velocity hiring engine in a fast-scaling AI organization.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning and optimizing the Ashby ATS, building recruiter capacity models, designing dashboards and analytics for leadership, implementing process improvements and automation, and partnering with Finance, People, and IT to ensure data consistency across systems.
- • Harvey AI is transforming legal and professional services through frontier agentic AI, with 1500+ customers in 60+ countries, strong product-market fit, and world-class investor backing, operating with intensity and values of Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished.
- • The person in this role will gain deep expertise in recruiting operations at scale, build scalable talent infrastructure from the ground up, influence cross-functional strategy through data, and grow professionally in a high-growth AI environment with unmatched career trajectory.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in recruiting operations, people analytics, or a systems-heavy operational role with demonstrated ATS ownership
- • Strong analytical skill set with hands-on experience building dashboards, reports, and capacity models (SQL, Excel, BI tools)
- • Experience designing scalable workflows and process automation in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
- • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured solutions and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of systems changes
