- • The Senior Analyst, Recruiting Operations role at Harvey AI Inc. is critical to building the analytical and operational backbone of the company’s hiring engine, enabling scalable talent acquisition in a high-growth AI environment.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning and optimizing the Ashby ATS through workflow configuration, automation, and data integrity; building recruiter capacity models to align hiring plans with staffing needs; designing dashboards and analytics for leadership; identifying process improvements to boost recruiting efficiency; and partnering with Finance, People, and IT to ensure system interoperability and data consistency.

- • In this role, the individual will gain deep expertise in recruiting operations systems design, people analytics, and cross-functional process engineering at a category-defining AI company, with opportunities to shape hiring strategy, influence leadership decisions, and build scalable infrastructure from the ground up.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in recruiting operations, people analytics, or a systems-heavy operational role with demonstrated ATS ownership
- • Strong analytical skill set with hands-on experience building dashboards, reports, and capacity models (SQL, Excel, BI tools)
- • Experience designing scalable workflows and process automation in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
- • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured solutions and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of systems changes
