📋 Description
- • The Senior Analyst, Recruiting Operations role at Harvey AI Inc. is critical to building the analytical and systems foundation that powers the company’s high-velocity hiring engine in a fast-scaling AI organization.
- • Day to day, the person will own and optimize the Ashby ATS, build recruiter capacity models, design analytics dashboards, implement process improvements, and partner with Finance, People, and IT to ensure data consistency across systems.
- • Harvey AI is transforming legal and professional services through frontier agentic AI, with 1500+ customers in 60+ countries, strong product-market fit, and rapid scaling backed by world-class investors.
- • The person will learn to design scalable recruiting infrastructure, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and gain deep expertise in talent analytics, systems architecture, and operational strategy at a high-growth AI company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in recruiting operations, people analytics, or a systems-heavy operational role with demonstrated ATS ownership
- • Strong analytical skill set with hands-on experience building dashboards, reports, and capacity models (SQL, Excel, BI tools)
- • Experience designing scalable workflows and process automation in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
