- • The Senior Analyst, Recruiting Operations role at Harvey AI Inc. is critical to building the systems, data infrastructure, and process architecture that power the company's hiring engine, enabling scalable recruiting operations that match the velocity and rigor of a high-growth AI company.
- • Day to day, the person will own and optimize the ATS (Ashby), build and maintain recruiter capacity models, design and deliver dashboards and analytics for leadership, identify and implement process improvements and automation, and partner with Finance, People, and IT to ensure data consistency and systems interoperability.

- • In this role, the person can learn and achieve deep expertise in recruiting operations analytics, ATS optimization, capacity modeling, and cross-functional systems leadership, while contributing to the foundational hiring infrastructure of a generational AI company with global impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in recruiting operations, people analytics, or a systems-heavy operational role with demonstrated ATS ownership
- • Strong analytical skill set with hands-on experience building dashboards, reports, and capacity models (SQL, Excel, BI tools)
- • Experience designing scalable workflows and process automation in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
- • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured solutions and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of systems changes
