• • As a Senior Analyst, Technical Accounting at Covetrus, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with U.S. GAAP by researching and documenting complex accounting topics such as revenue recognition, software capitalization, debt, derivatives, and business combinations.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing contracts with business and legal teams, preparing technical accounting memos, monitoring regulatory changes, maintaining internal controls, supporting financial statement preparation, and driving process improvements through technology and automation.
• • Covetrus is a global animal-health technology and services leader dedicated to empowering veterinary practices through integrated products, services, and technology that improve animal health and financial outcomes for veterinary partners.
