📋 Description

• Develop and maintain internal-facing custom applications, refactoring and modernizing apps built by citizen developers into secure and production-ready solutions.
• Own best practices across the full SDLC, including source code branching and merging strategies and building CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions.
• Utilize Azure or AWS to create and manage cloud-hosted applications.
• Collaborate with the team to drive innovation and growth, embracing the 'Better Together' ethos.
• Develop web applications using React + Vite, Node / Express.js, and Azure SQL.
• Design and optimize databases, develop APIs, and work with GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Participate in Agile Scrum methodology, including two-week sprints, daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Foster strong written and verbal communication skills, and a continuous learner, innovator, and collaborator who thrives on helping others achieve more than they thought possible.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of web application development experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working within Agile Scrum methodology.
