- • As a Senior Applied AI Expert - Federal at DataRobot, you will serve as a trusted advisor to U.S. federal, state, local, and medical public sector customers, helping them achieve organizational objectives through the strategic application of predictive and generative AI using the DataRobot platform.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify AI use cases, lead data science implementations from problem framing to model deployment, develop Joint Success Plans (JSPs), and act as a subject matter expert in machine learning and the DataRobot platform while representing the product across customer organizations.
- • You will work within DataRobot’s post-sales federal Applied AI Expert team, partnering closely with sales and customer success teams to expand relationships, influence product development through customer feedback, and present at conferences or create marketing content to showcase AI value.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in applying AI to complex government use cases, strengthen your consultative and technical advisory skills, and contribute to shaping DataRobot’s product roadmap by serving as the voice of the customer to internal engineering and product teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of real-world business experience in a data science role
- • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- • Hands-on experience building and implementing machine learning or AI models into production for Federal/DoD/IC customers
- • U.S. citizenship with an active Secret security clearance (or higher)
- • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative subject
- • Excellent communication and strong customer interaction skills

- • Competitive compensation with U.S. annual on-target earnings (OTE) between $200,000 and $250,000 USD/year, combining base pay and targeted commission
