- • Senior Applied AI Researcher role focused on solving open research problems across Articul8's domain-specific GenAI platform, with end-to-end ownership of research programs from problem formulation to production deployment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include orchestrating massively parallel agentic AI experiments, driving breakthroughs in domain-specific model quality through RL-based optimization, designing multimodal systems and knowledge graph pipelines, building agent-orchestrated data and training infrastructure, mentoring researchers in agentic paradigms, compressing research-to-production cycles via agentic CI/CD, publishing findings at top-tier venues, and modeling augmented researcher workflows to eliminate bottlenecks.
- • Articul8 AI is a trusted provider of GenAI platforms for regulated industries including energy, semiconductor, finance, aerospace, and supply chain, serving Fortune 500 enterprises with a focus on accuracy, explainability, and auditability in high-stakes environments.

🎯 Requirements
- • PhD or MSc in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
- • 5+ years as an AI/ML researcher with shipped research artifacts in production, including 2+ years building LLM-based systems
- • Deep expertise in at least one of: domain-specific model adaptation, multimodal learning, RLHF, knowledge-grounded generation, or retrieval-augmented systems
- • Hands-on experience with distributed training at scale (DeepSpeed, FSDP, Megatron-LM, or equivalent)
- • Production-grade Python skills with clean abstractions and tested code
