- • As a Senior Applied Value Engineer at Celonis, you will support Global Competency Centers (GCCs) in India across the Adopt and Expand phases of the customer value lifecycle, helping organizations unlock business value through Process Intelligence.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with GCC customers to uncover business challenges, build demos and business cases, conduct ROI analysis, facilitate value workshops, derive improvement measures, present results to C-level executives, and create reusable tools and best practices for the Global VE Center of Excellence.
- • You will join the Celonis Value Engineering (VE) team, part of the Global VE CoE, which drives data-driven business transformation by managing the full customer value lifecycle from sales to renewal and expansion, working with one of the world’s fastest-growing enterprise SaaS companies.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in process improvement, value realization, and executive stakeholder management while influencing product innovation through customer feedback and contributing to sustainable business transformation at a global scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment, ideally in customer-facing roles such as Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting with a Business Software/SaaS provider or consultancy, or in an in-house Center of Excellence for Data Mining/Analytics/Intelligence within an enterprise
- • Good knowledge of Business Software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP), experience with RPA and/or BI tools, building dashboards, apps, and action flows, hands-on SQL experience, and preferred Python proficiency, along with experience collaborating with IT teams
- • Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement, deploying improvement measures, acting as a change agent, and training users or process owners to realize value
- • Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines, managing multiple projects across accounts at different stages of the value journey, and leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem
- • Experience in preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to internal and external stakeholders and management, with excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Italian mentioned but not required for Bangalore role)
