📋 Description

• As a Senior Applied Value Engineer at Celonis, you will serve as a trusted advisor helping customers achieve strategic goals and realize significant value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, driving data-driven business transformation across industries.
• You will identify and frame value by translating customer priorities into high-impact use cases, building demos and business cases, and conducting value assessments or proof-of-value projects for C-level executives.
• You will realize value by facilitating business value workshops, deriving improvement measures in core functions, and presenting results to senior management to drive enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• You will scale value by owning the end-to-end customer journey—landing, expanding, adopting, and renewing—while building strategic expansion roadmaps and providing feedback to product teams based on real-world use cases.
• You will collaborate with sales, partners, and Celonis Services to accelerate platform adoption, leveraging deep process expertise, analytical skills, and consulting experience to deliver measurable business impact.
• You will grow professionally in a mission-led, fast-growing SaaS company that values innovation, ownership, and sustainability, working with cutting-edge AI-powered Process Intelligence Graph technology.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment, ideally in customer-facing roles such as Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, IT/Management Consulting, or enterprise Centers of Excellence.
• Good knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP), experience with RPA, BI tools, dashboard/app development, action flows, and proficiency in Python and/or SQL.
• Proven experience in identifying process improvement use cases, deploying improvement measures, acting as a change agent, and training users/process owners to realize value.
• Experience in project management, including planning scopes, managing timelines, and handling multiple concurrent projects across customer value journeys.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and communicate value roadmaps and results to internal and external stakeholders, with excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable field.
