- • The AI Enablement / Governance Lead will help Riveron scale responsible, practical, and high-impact AI adoption across the firm.
- • This role will own the operating processes, standards, documentation, training, and governance routines that allow Riveron to move fast while managing risk.
- • The person should be comfortable operating at the intersection of AI adoption, change management, risk, policy, knowledge management, and product enablement.
- • The role will support Riveron’s AI Champions model, AI use-case intake, training, communications, governance workflows, and responsible AI practices.
- • Key responsibilities include building and managing AI enablement programs, supporting AI governance processes, creating training materials, partnering with Product & Portfolio Lead, and tracking AI adoption metrics.
- • The role requires a strong understanding of enterprise AI tools, GenAI use cases, prompt practices, data privacy, and responsible AI principles.
- • The person should have experience creating training, documentation, playbooks, procedures, and executive-ready materials, as well as strong communication skills and ability to make complex AI topics simple for business users.
- • The role requires ability to coordinate across business, technical, legal, risk, security, and leadership stakeholders, and strong process orientation with comfort building lightweight but scalable governance workflows.
- • The AI Enablement / Governance Lead will work closely with AI engineers to ensure AI products have appropriate controls, testing, monitoring, and user guidance.
- • The role requires staying current on responsible AI, enterprise AI governance, privacy, security, and emerging AI practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5+ years of experience in AI enablement, governance, risk, change management, technology adoption, product operations, compliance, or digital transformation.
- • Strong understanding of enterprise AI tools, GenAI use cases, prompt practices, data privacy, and responsible AI principles.
- • Experience creating training, documentation, playbooks, procedures, and executive-ready materials.
- • Strong communication skills and ability to make complex AI topics simple for business users.
