- • Design, build, and launch complex multi-touch email and journey-based marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to support B2B lead nurture, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
- • Translate marketing briefs into technical workflows, ensuring accurate execution of campaign logic, audience segmentation, and timing across automated touchpoints.
- • Partner with Data and Operations teams to establish and maintain data structures, feeds, and integrations that power audience targeting and journey decision splits.
- • Use SQL to extract, validate, and segment target audiences from databases; troubleshoot data inconsistencies that impact campaign delivery or performance.
- • Conduct comprehensive QA on all campaign components—including templates, dynamic content, links, and personalization strings—prior to launch to ensure error-free execution.
- • Monitor campaign performance post-launch, analyzing key metrics to confirm alignment with objectives and identify optimization opportunities.
- • Maintain and govern SFMC platform assets, including email templates, content blocks, and automation processes, ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational best practices.
- • Document campaign workflows, technical specifications, and platform configurations to support team knowledge sharing and platform scalability.
- • Ensure all marketing automation activities comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and communication consent standards.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Data, and Operations stakeholders to align campaign goals with broader business objectives and timelines.
- • Continuously develop expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, including AMPscript and HTML for dynamic email personalization and responsive design.
- • Support the evolution of marketing automation governance by identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements to processes, templates, and automation logic.
- • Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles from concept through delivery and performance review, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule and within quality standards.
- • Stay current with industry trends in B2B marketing automation and apply insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and platform utilization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of professional experience with a primary focus on marketing automation, marketing operations, or campaign execution
- • 2+ years of hands-on experience building complex workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, using HTML and AMPscript to build dynamic email templates
- • 2+ years using SQL to query databases, build data extensions and troubleshoot audience or data issues
- • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Data Cloud for data harmonization and identity resolution
