📋 Description

• Senior Associate, BizOps & Analytics role at Jerry Technologies Inc. in Los Angeles, California, focused on driving data-informed decision-making across core business areas including growth marketing, product development, AI & automation, and strategic partnerships.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include defining the right business problems, building reports and running analyses using SQL, Python, and Metabase, designing experiments, surfacing insights, and driving outcomes by influencing stakeholders in product, growth, finance, and operations teams.
• Jerry Technologies Inc. is a profitable, high-growth company with 5M+ customers, $240M+ in funding, and a mission to become a $10B business by expanding into home, motorcycle, RV, and other physical asset verticals through its all-in-one Jerry.ai super app.
• The role offers the opportunity to learn from former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants, own end-to-end analytical functions in a high-impact environment, and directly contribute to scaling the business from 5M to 50M customers without corporate bloat or unnecessary meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical skills with ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently using SQL, Python, or Excel
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact
• Clear, persuasive communicator capable of influencing decisions at the leadership level
• First principles thinker who defines the right problems before analyzing data
• Direct communicator who writes clearly, speaks precisely, and gets buy-in from skeptical stakeholders
