- • As a Senior Associate, Business Operations at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making across high-impact initiatives such as carrier growth, product development from 0-1, and user acquisition strategies, directly contributing to the company’s mission to scale from 5M to 50M customers and achieve a $10B valuation in the coming years.
- • You will partner with the VP of BizOps & Analytics, Armando La Rocca (ex-BCG, Better), and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and business development teams to translate customer insights into scalable growth strategies, leveraging Jerry’s deeply data-driven culture where A/B testing is embedded in every decision.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments on new and existing product features, extracting actionable insights to inform product roadmaps and business strategies, while defining and testing key levers for profitable and scalable user and partnership growth.
- • You will identify inefficiencies in manual processes and spearhead automation efforts to optimize operational efficiency, working with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce friction in customer-facing and internal operations.
- • You will leverage advanced machine learning models and clean, well-structured data—supported by Jerry’s robust data engineering infrastructure—to conduct deep-dive analyses that uncover hidden patterns and opportunities in customer behavior, market trends, and operational performance.
- • You will communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, from front-line operators to the C-suite, ensuring insights are understood, acted upon, and embedded into strategic planning.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline (e.g., Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent)
- • 2+ years of management consulting experience at a top-tier firm (McKinsey, Bain, or Boston Consulting Group preferred) OR equivalent experience in business analysis, operations, or strategy roles
- • High level of comfort with SQL and/or experience running complex data analyses to extract insights from large datasets
