- • As a Senior Associate, Business Operations at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making across high-impact initiatives such as carrier growth, product development from 0-1, and scalable user acquisition strategies, directly contributing to the company’s mission to scale from 5M to 50M customers and achieve a $10B valuation.
- • You will partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into acquisition strategies, lead end-to-end A/B testing on new and existing features, identify automation opportunities to streamline operations, and define levers that drive profitable and sustainable growth.
- • You will join a talent-dense, high-performing Business Operations & Analytics team led by a former BCG and Better executive, operating within a deeply data-driven culture that values ownership, rigor, and real-world impact—where your recommendations are not just presented but implemented, tested, and measured.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline (e.g., economics, engineering, mathematics, computer science, or related field)
- • 2+ years of management consulting experience from a top-tier firm (McKinsey, Bain, or Boston Consulting Group preferred) OR equivalent experience in business analysis, operations, or strategy
- • High level of comfort with SQL and/or conducting complex data analysis to extract actionable insights from large datasets
