- • Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into user and partner acquisition strategies
- • Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments on new and existing features to extract key insights that inform product and business strategies
- • Define, understand, and test levers to drive profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth
- • Leverage advanced machine learning models to conduct in-depth analyses and extract actionable insights that shape the company’s growth strategies
- • Champion data-driven decision-making across the company’s most critical business initiatives, including carrier growth, new product development from 0-1, and operational scaling
- • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize operational efficiency across business functions
- • Collaborate closely with the business operations & analytics team to ensure clean, well-structured data supports real-time decision-making
- • Work directly with the VP of BizOps & Analytics to translate strategic goals into measurable initiatives and execution plans
- • Apply first-principles problem-solving frameworks to complex business challenges across a high-growth, pre-IPO startup environment
- • Communicate findings and recommendations to audiences ranging from front-line employees to the company’s C-suite with clarity and impact
- • Maintain a high bar for analytical rigor, execution quality, and delivery speed in a fast-paced, metrics-obsessed culture
- • Contribute to building and scaling a $10B business by expanding customer base from 5M to 50M through data-informed growth initiatives
- • Support the development and iteration of AI-powered products including GenAI chatbots, voicebots, repair marketplaces, car diagnostics, and loan refinancing tools
- • Utilize SQL and other data analysis tools to run complex queries and derive insights from large-scale customer and operational datasets
- • Operate within a talent-dense environment composed of professionals from top management consulting firms (MBB) with strong strategic and execution capabilities
- • Drive impact by owning metrics, designing experiments, and seeing strategies implemented in real-world customer behavior rather than delivering theoretical recommendations
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline
- • 2+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, Boston Consulting Group preferred) OR relevant experience in business analysis/operations
- • High level of comfort with SQL and/or running complex data analysis
- • Proven ability to design and analyze A/B experiments to inform product and business strategy
- • Strong first-principles problem-solving framework and ability to communicate insights to executive audiences
- • High personal standards for excellence and a track record of pushing personal and team performance higher
