- • Own and execute end-to-end patient engagement campaigns from kickoff through launch and measurement, ensuring high-quality delivery and accurate reporting.
- • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships by thoughtfully responding to inquiries and proactively addressing needs.
- • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, alignment on goals, and timely delivery of deliverables.
- • Independently manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, balancing priorities with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance campaign efficiency, scalability, and overall team performance.
- • Contribute strategic insights to campaign planning and execution based on data, client feedback, and industry best practices.
- • Mentor and support junior Associates and new team members by reinforcing foundational campaign processes and Client Solutions best practices.
- • Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture that aligns with Phreesia’s Mission and Values through open communication and peer support.
- • Utilize workflow and review tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Ziflow, or similar platforms to manage tasks, track progress, and maintain documentation.
- • Stay current with Phreesia’s SaaS platform features and patient engagement tools to provide informed guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
- • Participate in occasional in-person team meetings (approximately 10% annually) to strengthen relationships and align on strategic priorities.
- • Continuously learn new systems, tools, and methodologies to improve personal effectiveness and team outcomes.
- • Apply AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and improve campaign analytics and reporting accuracy.
- • Maintain a solutions-oriented mindset when navigating shifting priorities, feedback, or unexpected challenges in campaign execution.
- • Demonstrate resilience and adaptability while managing client expectations and internal deadlines in a dynamic healthcare technology environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree required
- • 3+ years of account experience in a creative agency environment; preferably with pharmaceutical brands
- • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and own campaign execution independently
- • Proficient in Microsoft tools and experienced implementing AI to support efficiency in your work
- • Ability and willingness to travel for occasional in-person team meetings (approximately 10% annually)
