- • Senior Associate, Fund Administration (Accounting) role at Juniper Square, Inc., focused on supporting the buildout and operational excellence of the company’s Fund Administration service offering in private markets.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting team buildout and operational policies, defining and implementing fund administration workflows, interfacing directly with clients, serving as a technical accounting expert, performing accounting and financial reporting duties, reviewing waterfall calculations and capital distributions, preparing asset- and fund-level performance metrics, assisting with external and regulatory reporting, preparing investor reports, supporting annual audits, and researching accounting developments.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of fund accounting or audit experience with exposure to Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Credit and/or Real Estate funds
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
- • Investran experience preferred
- • Experience with complex fund structures, waterfall calculations, performance metrics (IRRs), distributions and capital calls
- • Experience with annual reporting (audited financial statements)
- • Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
- • Comfortable with ambiguity, strong work ethic, and ownership mindset
