- • The Senior Associate - HighRadius role at Riveron Consulting supports the implementation of HighRadius Receivables Cloud applications to deliver exceptional client outcomes in finance transformation projects.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in end-to-end implementation across design, build, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases; supporting requirement gathering and documentation; performing hands-on configuration of functional components; collaborating with senior consultants and technical teams; conducting testing and issue tracking; preparing training materials; maintaining implementation logs and status reports; and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

- • In this role, the individual will develop techno-functional expertise in HighRadius solutions, deepen their understanding of the Order-to-Cash cycle, gain hands-on SaaS implementation experience, and grow into a functional consulting role through mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to end-to-end finance transformation projects.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-6 years of experience in implementation, functional analysis, or SaaS-related roles
- • Foundational understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle including Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Application, and Payment Portal
- • Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to work in collaborative environments
- • Basic knowledge of O2C processes and business requirement mapping
- • Preferred: Certifications in HighRadius modules (Cash Application, Collections, EIPP)
- • Education: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MBA/PGDM
