  • • The Senior Associate - IC Investment Operations role at BMO provides essential support and service for the Investment Operations function, ensuring adherence to financial and regulatory controls while delivering on product and service processes for business stakeholders and customers.
  • • Day to day, the person will gather and format data into reports and dashboards, support change management activities, process transactions within SLAs, reconcile information, analyze data for insights, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet service delivery expectations.
  • • The role sits within BMO’s Customer Shared Services team, part of a larger organization committed to Boldly Grow the Good, fostering an inclusive, equitable, and accessible workplace where employees are valued and supported with tools, training, and growth opportunities.
  • • In this role, the person can develop expertise in investment operations, regulatory compliance, data analysis, and stakeholder management, while gaining experience in process improvement, risk-informed decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration within a major financial institution.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Typically between 2 - 3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • • Knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology – Good
  • • Knowledge and understanding of the business unit’s key products and services, processes and controls – Good
  • • Knowledge of the risk and regulatory requirements of the business – Good
  • • Prioritization skills – Good
