- • Provides support and service for the Investment Operations function of BMO’s business stakeholders and customers, ensuring adherence to financial and regulatory controls and operational guidelines.
- • Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards; executes routine tasks such as service requests, transactions, and queries within service level agreements.
- • Supports change management activities, functions as a problem-solving resource for junior staff, and organizes work information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- • Analyzes data and information to provide insights and recommendations; identifies and resolves issues or escalates as required; collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives.
- • Develops and maintains effective relationships with stakeholders; stays current on regulatory requirements and risks to maintain operational integrity.
- • Collaborates in the development and implementation of new processes/systems and improvements to existing ones; supports tool development and training delivery.
- • Takes measured risks while protecting the bank by applying BMO’s Risk Management Framework in alignment with risk culture and approved risk appetite.
- • Part of BMO’s Customer Shared Services team, contributing to a purpose-driven culture focused on boldly growing the good in business and life.
