- • The Senior Associate, Procurement role at MoneyHero Group Limited is a fully remote position based in Malaysia, focused on sourcing and managing digital rewards across key Asian markets to deliver compelling customer incentives at optimal cost and value.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing procurement strategies for digital rewards, leading commercial negotiations with global and regional suppliers, onboarding new reward partners, driving procurement KPIs such as cost savings and supplier performance, collaborating with marketing, product, and finance teams, ensuring procurement compliance and documentation, and leading the evaluation and onboarding of new digital reward platforms.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in digital rewards, e-commerce, fintech, or loyalty programs
- • Proven track record in negotiating with regional or global brands for digital products (e.g., Apple, Grab, Telco, or e-wallet platforms)
- • Strong network of suppliers across Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the Philippines
- • Experience managing multi-market procurement strategies and supplier portfolios
- • Demonstrated ability to drive cost efficiency, margin improvement, and supplier performance
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across cross-functional teams
