📋 Description
- • The Senior Associate – Resource Management Consultant role at Riveron Consulting is critical to ensuring data integrity and operational insight across the firm, directly supporting leadership decision-making through accurate resource planning and analytics in a fast-paced professional services environment.
- • This position enables Riveron to optimize workforce utilization, forecast demand, and align talent with client needs, making it a strategic function that drives efficiency, scalability, and business agility.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and managing resource management databases and deployment tools to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all systems.
- • Producing regular and ad hoc reports on utilization, capacity, demand, pipeline, and deployment trends to support business planning and leadership decisions.
- • Analyzing resource data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to workforce capacity, utilization, and forecasting, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
- • Supporting leadership with data-driven insights by preparing dashboards, summaries, and reporting outputs that facilitate effective decision-making at senior levels.
- • Conducting ongoing data quality reviews, identifying discrepancies, and proactively resolving issues to improve reporting reliability and system integrity.
- • Partnering with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translating business questions into structured analyses and actionable outputs.
- • Maintaining advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools such as PowerBI, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data modeling techniques.
- • Supporting continuous improvement of resource management processes, reporting standards, and documentation to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the organization.

- • Working closely with finance, operations, and consulting teams, the role offers exposure to complex client engagements and internal transformation initiatives across global multinationals and high-growth private entities.
- • This role provides the opportunity to develop deep expertise in workforce analytics, resource planning, and business intelligence within a professional services context, building transferable skills in data governance, stakeholder management, and process optimization.
- • The incumbent can achieve mastery in leveraging data to influence strategic decisions, gain visibility with senior leadership, and grow into a trusted advisor on operational effectiveness and talent deployment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Over 5 years of total work experience, with ideally more than 3 years in operations or resource management, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.
- • Strong proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and delivering accurate results under tight timelines.
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, and experience with data validation and reporting workflows.
- • Executive presence and strong interpersonal skills, enabling comfortable and effective interaction with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- • Preferred: Proficiency with PowerBI, experience in advisory/consulting practices, and familiarity with resource or workforce planning tools and analytics platforms.
