- • Design, develop, test, deploy, and document automation workflows using UiPath products to drive customer adoption and digital transformation
- • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to create efficient, scalable RPA solutions aligned with client needs
- • Create reusable automation components and implement well-structured, maintainable code following best practices
- • Gather project requirements and support integration of UiPath solutions with partner products, client applications, and third-party technologies
- • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in deployed robotic processes, delivering timely and effective solutions
- • Create and document test procedures for pre-UAT phases to ensure quality and reliability of automation workflows
- • Support existing automations and implement changes through structured control and change management processes
- • Collaborate with the product team to suggest enhancements and improvements to core UiPath platform functionality
- • Participate in client-facing scoping discussions and prepare accurate work effort estimates for automation initiatives
- • Deliver UiPath training sessions and mentoring to clients and internal teams, demonstrating advanced understanding of UiPath platform capabilities
- • Apply strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- • Break down complex business problems into logical, automatable tasks using creative and systematic approaches
- • Leverage cross-functional knowledge of business processes and enterprise applications to design end-to-end automation solutions
- • Utilize proficiency in VB, object-oriented programming languages, scripting, and database query languages to build robust automation logic
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience with software development life cycle, process re-engineering, and automation technologies
- • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills with excellent time management
- • Ability to break down business problems into logical tasks and think creatively
- • Cross-functional business and application knowledge
- • Understanding of VB, object-oriented languages, scripting, and database query languages
