• • As a key member of our scrum team, you will actively participate in all product development ceremonies, gaining a deep understanding of software design, architecture, and NICE's core strategies. You will be instrumental in comprehending product stories, requirements, and customer needs to ensure our solutions meet and exceed expectations.
• • Your primary responsibility will be the design, development, and maintenance of robust automated test scripts for our enterprise-grade software applications. This includes creating, implementing, and executing comprehensive software test cases for complex server applications, cloud environments, and web-based platforms.
• • You will play a crucial role in enhancing our test automation framework, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and overall efficiency. This involves contributing to its design and implementation to ensure it can support our evolving product suite and testing needs.
• • Conduct thorough feature risk assessments and prepare detailed Product Readiness Assessments (PRA) with peer review for each story, ensuring potential issues are identified and addressed early in the development lifecycle.
• • Proactively discover and automate test cases for new product features, as well as for customer-reported issues, ensuring rapid validation and resolution. You will also be responsible for automating test cases from our existing test suite backlog, continuously improving our test coverage.
• • Participate actively in performance and load testing of our deliverables, ensuring our applications can handle expected user loads and maintain optimal performance under pressure.
• • Engage in the quality assurance of hotfixes and patches, ensuring that critical updates are thoroughly tested before deployment to our customers.
• • While automation is key, you will also contribute to manual testing efforts when necessary to guarantee comprehensive test coverage and identify any gaps in automated test suites.
• • Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of features, including thorough documentation and verification, ensuring a high standard of quality from development through to release.
• • Collaborate closely with core R&D team members, other R&D groups, and support tiers to achieve team capabilities and deliver exceptional products. Your ability to work effectively in a global environment and influence others, especially in complex situations, will be vital.
• • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in cloud technologies, particularly Azure and Kubernetes, and apply this knowledge to enhance our testing strategies and infrastructure.
• • Engage in feature regression planning and actively participate in the QA of feature releases, ensuring stability and quality across the product.
• • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to test scripts, test data, and automated testing processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and consistency within the team.
• • You will be working with complex N-tier architecture projects, requiring a proactive and 'can-do' attitude to overcome challenges and deliver results. Your ability to work effectively in a team environment is paramount.
