- • Join Rackspace Technology Global, Inc. as a Senior Automation Tester, a pivotal role where you will spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge automated testing strategies across our diverse technology stack. - • As a Senior Automation Tester, you will be instrumental in defining and executing our automation roadmap, focusing on UI, API, and orchestration layers. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our software is robust, scalable, and meets the highest standards of quality before it reaches our customers.
- • You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks that are efficient, reusable, and scalable. This involves a deep understanding of test automation principles, best practices, and the ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- • A key aspect of this role is the integration of quality gates directly into our GitLab CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with development and DevOps teams to ensure that automated tests are seamlessly incorporated into the build and deployment process, providing rapid feedback on code quality and stability.
- • Your responsibilities will extend to identifying opportunities for test automation across various stages of the software development lifecycle. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyzing testability of features, and recommending the most effective automation approaches.
