- • Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives for Microsoft Fabric, evaluating its performance against on-premise data systems for clients across the United States and globally.
- • Collaborate directly with clients to understand their data architecture, pain points, and business objectives to design and implement tailored Azure-based data solutions.
- • Develop and optimize ETL processes using Microsoft Fabric and other cloud analytics platforms to enable scalable, high-performance data pipelines.
- • Build robust, production-ready data solutions that demonstrate clear value and measurable improvements over existing on-premise environments.
- • Apply deep expertise in Azure data services, including Fabric, to test, validate, and refine data workflows under real-world client conditions.
- • Work remotely with geographically distributed teams to deliver client projects on time and within scope, maintaining consistent communication and alignment.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving client needs, even when requirements shift or technical challenges arise unexpectedly.
- • Deliver solutions focused on what the client actually values, prioritizing outcomes over personal preferences or preconceived methodologies.
- • Maintain a self-motivated approach to continuous learning, staying current with Microsoft Fabric updates, Azure data tools, and industry best practices.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience implementing Microsoft Fabric in production or PoC environments
- • Demonstrated expertise in ETL development and cloud analytics platforms, particularly within Azure
- • Ability to lead client-facing PoC initiatives with minimal supervision
- • Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin
