- • As a Senior B2B Marketing Specialist at Speak AI Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise growth in South Korea by owning the full lifecycle of field marketing initiatives that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue. You will be responsible for designing and executing strategic marketing plans aligned with sales targets, ensuring that every campaign, event, and partnership delivers measurable impact on enterprise customer acquisition and expansion.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building annual and quarterly marketing plans tied to Korea enterprise pipeline and bookings goals in close collaboration with Sales; co-developing territory plans that drive enterprise customer outcomes; managing and optimizing the demand funnel to ensure efficient lead flow from marketing activity through to sales progression; maintaining quarterly execution plans reviewed and adjusted based on performance data; and surfacing local market insights and content requirements to global teams to optimize future programs.
- • You will own the Korea B2B enterprise event calendar and budget end-to-end — from annual strategy and budget planning through individual event execution and post-event close-out; develop audience-informed event briefs with clear enterprise objectives, MQL/SQL targets, messaging strategy, and documented learnings after each cycle; direct vendors, agencies, and speakers while managing execution through others; and own post-event and campaign lead nurturing in HubSpot by building multi-touch workflows that activate enterprise leads immediately and move them through the funnel efficiently, while tracking ROI metrics such as CPL and pipeline contribution.
- • You will build and manage a strategic enterprise partner ecosystem including HR associations, industry platforms, co-marketing partners, and thought leaders; activate partner channels for joint enterprise lead generation, co-branded content, and event collaboration; own community strategy across both prospect-facing and end-user-facing channels for enterprise audiences — including building and managing a community that nurtures enterprise buyers through consideration stage via roundtables, HR/L&D forums, thought leadership events, and digital communities; and owning the B2B Kakao channel and other engagement touchpoints with a strategy to grow enterprise user engagement, drive retention, and enable upsell.
- • You will deliver regular insights, analysis, and reporting across all programs — event ROI, campaign performance, community metrics, and pipeline contribution; build and maintain HubSpot dashboards that give Sales and leadership clear visibility into marketing's enterprise pipeline impact; identify what’s working, bring data-driven recommendations, and act on them to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and alignment with business goals.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong background in field marketing or demand generation, focused on enterprise accounts
- • Proactiveness; you are always looking for new ideas and ways to improve based on market research, previous event data, experience etc.
- • Strong CRM (plus if HubSpot) proficiency across workflows, segmentation, nurturing, and reporting, with a strong data-driven mindset
- • Strong project management skills and high attention to detail across multiple workstreams and cross-functional partners (like Sales)
- • Strong written and verbal Korean; working English proficiency
- • Experience managing vendors, agencies, and external partners
- • Experience in partner or co-marketing programs is a strong plus
- • Background in EdTech, HRTech, or B2B SaaS is a plus
